I Stage 1: Prep your ingredients
1. Pat bacon dry, halve sausages if they’re oversized.
2. Rinse spinach; dry thoroughly.
3. Slice tomato in half.
4. Beat no egg—keep it whole for sunny-side up.
5. Butter one side of each bread slice for toasting.

1. In a cold skillet, lay out bacon; cook over medium heat until crisp (about 5 min per side). Transfer to paper towel.
2. In the same pan, add the sausages; brown on all sides over medium–low heat for 8–10 min, turning frequently.

Stage 3: Roast tomato & sauté spinach
1. Meanwhile, place tomato halves cut-side up on a small baking tray; roast under a hot broiler or in a 200 °C oven for 6–8 min until lightly caramelized.
2. Wipe skillet, return to medium heat with a drizzle of oil; add spinach and a pinch of salt, tossing until just wilted (1–2 min).

Stage 4: Fry the egg & toast bread
1. In a clean nonstick pan, melt 5 g butter over low–medium heat; crack in the egg and cook sunny-side up until whites are set but yolk still jiggly (3–4 min).
2. At the same time, toast the buttered bread in a toaster or under the broiler until golden.

• Stage 5: Plate and serve
Arrange bacon, sausages, spinach, tomato, egg, and toast on a warm plate. Serve immediately.
